Technical Support

Maxima’s tech support team assists OEMs, distributors and even end-users with applications-related questions and troubleshooting.

SET-UP
Each of Maxima’s 3 plant locations—Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA; Juarez, Mexico; and Rubi (Barcelona), Spain—provides tech support. Contact either Lancaster  at 1-717-581-1000, Juarez at 1-915-791-0005, or Barcelona at 3493-586-2073 and follow prompts.

Our team is ready, willing and able to help OEMs and distributors with technical questions pertaining to applications, installations, calibrations and so on, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving, if required.

Need installation instructions, wiring diagrams or other materials?  Just ask.



FIELD SUPPORT
Our tech support team can assist customers in the field, as appropriate.

FEATURES
Special features in tech support include:

  • Installation instructions and manuals that can be e-mailed
  • Schematics and drawings (as appropriate)
  • Materials/displays that facilitate training
  • Data-base for facilitating tachometer installations (e.g. ECU pin-out)
RACE SUPPORT
