DISPLAYS Maxima's displays are configured either in J1939/CAN or analog formats. Displays may be custom-engineered for particular OEM applications, e.g. to fit onto the vehicle's "A" pillar, or implemented as a “standard” solution to reduce start-up costs. Custom displays are conceived and developed using the same process as clusters: - Explore concepts using renderings to obtain inputs from dealers and end-users
- Benchmark alternatives and establish suitable targets (i.e. Design-to-Targets)
 - Develop Subsystem Design Specification (SDS) as complement to OEM’s specification
- Create 3-D models in Pro-E; obtain concept units

OPERATOR INFORMATION & CONTROL SYSTEM
