MILWAUKEE, WI.—February, 2007.  Actuant Corporation, Maxima's parent company, was named by Forbes as one of the TOP 400 BEST BIG COMPANIES IN AMERICA.  The evaluation leading to this recognition included only companies with sales reaching $1 billion or more, and it considered the previous 12-month and 5-year stock market returns, sales and EPS, as well as debt-to-capital ratios.
