Maxima’s Global Sourcing Team uses a qualification process to identify and select supplier-partners, and define requirements for a new project as well as ongoing production. For more details, contact sourcing@maximatech.com
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

EXPECTATIONS
Maxima expects that suppliers will subscribe to Maxima’s 6 core values. We also require suppliers to support our Integrated Product & Quality Planning (IPQP) process during new product development, coupled with the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for submission of applicable documentation.
Corrective actions must be submitted using the 8-Discipline (8-D) Problem Solving Method for root-cause analysis. Suppliers are also expected to maintain a formal continuous improvement effort.
